Please bring a blanket and warm clothing for all sessions as sometimes body temperatures cool after releasing.
Lower Back
Low back pain is often generated by restrictions in the muscles that move the lower back (lumbar and sacral spine) and pelvis. In order to create optimal space in the lower back the leg muscles down from the hip are released to relieve leg-related pressure on the hip, the abdominal muscles are released up from the pelvis and the back muscles are released up from the sacrum.
Low Back I – May 12
Glutes, External Hip Rotators & Hamstrings

Tensor Fasciae Latae, ITBand and Quads
Low Back III – June 2
Abdominals, Iliopsoas & Inner Thighs
Contraindication: Not recommended for individuals with osteoarthritis or osteoporosis of the spine and/or acute inflammation of the low back and hips.
Calf, Foot & Ankle – June 16
The feet are the foundation of our entire body and any misalignment of the foot and ankle joint can impact the knee, hip, back and shoulder joints. Myofascial restrictions in the feet may result in bunions, plantar fasciitis, hyperextended knees and tight, sore calf, hamstring and lower back muscles. As foot and heel pain is often the result of trigger points in the calf and foot this session will work on releasing the calves, feet and ankle joints.
Contraindication: Not recommended for individuals with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or acute inflammation of the ankles and feet.
